Acumulation Tanks

EZINC accumulation tank utilizes the feature of a polyurethane filling that makes it possible to store a big amount of heat at a constant temperature when polyurethane changes from the solid to the liquid phase.

While ordinary heat accumulation into water causes temperature increase, heat accumulates into polyurethane at a permanently low temperature. Solar energy can be thus gained with higher efficiency and heat losses in such an accumulation tank are lower.              

 

 

  • Direct-injected monoblock polyurethane insulation and electrostatic powder coated steel outside cover up to 600 lt capacity.
  • Removable soft foam insulation and foil outside cover for 800 lt and 1000 lt capacity tanks for easy handling.
  • Enamel coated inside, low-carbon steel tank.
  • 2000 W electrical heating element with security thermostat.
  • Cathodic protection by magnesium anode bar with tester.
